We truly appreciate the requirements of individual landlords can vary from those who wish to have a minimum of involvement in overseeing their properties to those who choose or have the time to take a hands-on approach. Our first principle when securing a tenant for a landlord is always “the best tenant, not necessarily the first tenant”, of course, both are not exclusive, but striking the right balance between finding a tenant fast and ensuring that tenant is reliable and trustworthy is our aim for each landlord. We are eager to build lasting relationships with landlords and would never jeopardise that trust by recommending an unsuitable tenant.

We offer a choice of “Tenant Find Only” or “Full Property Management” services to landlords, accompanied by a comprehensive marketing strategy, multiple website coverage and flexible accompanied viewing service.

  • Drawing of an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
  • Provision of Rent Payment Standing Order

As you would expect, all of the elements stipulated above within the Tenant Find Service are included within the Property Management option, with the addition of compiling a fully detailed Inventory of Furniture Fixtures and Fittings.  This can also be done for Tenant Find at an additional cost.  At House 2 Home we believe in effective property management, which needs to be handled by experienced people.

For Tenants

Once you have viewed a property you would like to take we will ask you to pay a holding fee.  This is a sign of your commitment to wanting the property and in return, we cease all further viewings.  We ask you to fill in a tenancy application form.  From this form, we can seek references and carry out all relevant checks.  Once done we then arrange a mutually convenient date and time for moving in.

On the day of the move in, we meet you at the property to welcome you, sign the paperwork, issue keys and take meter readings.
